That seems to be pretty unique and interesting!

And you might as well turn them into relics :P

Upped one seems a bit OP to me. If you play all 6, then almost half of a 30-card deck is ruined. It could crush a lot of decks.

yeah, the upped one is pretty powerful. is the effect too damaging, or could it be balanced by a higher cost?

I think that only one card should be affected, because like he said, you can ruin half of a deck.

I have been ninja'd. Balancing is probably best done by cost here.

Wiping one card from the opponent's hand is card-advantage balanced.
Wiping the top card of the opponent's deck is also card-advantage balanced because the opponent is almost sure to draw it.
Wiping a random card in the opponent's deck is a weak effect because the chance that the opponent will draw the wiped card is less than 100%.
Wiping two random cards in the opponent's deck is probably close to balanced, because the probabilistic number of wiped cards he will draw is probably close to 1.0 and there will probably be a time delay before the wiped cards are drawn. It could easily be balanced with quanta cost.

I would recommend making it 2 random cards in the opponent's deck for unupped and upped, or the top card of the opponent's deck.

I can't tell what would be worse.  If the cards would have been destroyed or if they get replaced with dead cards like this.

Alternatively, you could just turn the cards to Relics.

Personally, I feel this is much too strong.  Well, at least the unupgraded.

Perhaps instead of completely wiping the card (turning it essentially into a relic) it should randomize the card, either in-element or into any card.  That way, it would still be a decent card, as it is still likely, particularly in mono/duo to give an unplayable card, but it's not broken OP because it's not guaranteed to turn everything into useless blanks. (i.e. looking at 2x arena draw that can blank 12 or 24 cards)

It could also give the interesting twist of being able to target -yourself- with it.  That way, if you know that you don't have any way to beat the deck you're facing, you could scramble some of your own cards in the hopes that you might give yourself something to win with.

ok, its is balanceable. I think 3-4 standard and 5-6 upped. I dont want to make things relics, I want to make them blank. Blank cards might be able to be drawn on later, it opens the possibility for this to occur, like a brush weapon that copies cards or some such. It looks like good support overall, I will work it up to be moved up the line.
