Upped says spell, while its a permanent.I didn't know how to make a card with all these tables so I just quoted his post and editted his post a bit to make it the card idea I want.
Why do you quote solarias?
I believe you must leave atk|hp and series blank in this case.
I like it.
Term 'fatal blow' a little unclear. Does that include Poison? If this is a shield, it probably should not, but you are the designer.Yes, it's targetable. That way even your "last chance" could fail ;P
I do like the idea. I agree with not making it untargetable. Light already has 2 untargetable shields.
Well, the way I read this card, it would prevent all damage, even from things like spells and poison. I'm not sure about momentum, but a momentumed creature would probably hit you through this. Dimensional Shield doesn't protect against spells or poison damage, and I would think that this card does. The way I envisioned it would it would protect you from death. Not damage. If you had 100hp and put up this shield while your opponent had a ruby dragon on the field, you'd still take 15 damage. Alternatively, if you had 1hp and you put up this shield while your opponent had 23 ruby dragons, you'd still be alive the next turn with 1hp.
I don't think it needs to be untargetable; otherwise you'd literally be able to chain invincibility.I don't think that making it able-to-be-destroyed fixes the chaining invincibility problem...imo, making this not immaterial only buffs permanent control.
I think this one is too OPNot really. Dimensional shield costs less, lasts for three turns, and prevents all damage, while this shield only prevents you from dying and costs more.
You said 'Reprieve' as a bit of a comparison title. I like it. Consider calling it Reprieve.Reprieve does sound like a good title. I will change that later.
And there is a number of immaterial Light shields. Do we need any more?
