any quantum sounds good but it is kind of a gravity type effect and 1 quantum cost seems kinda low to destroy a perm so maybe like 3 or 4  :gravity  would make it not so op

Shard Of Force:

Element: Other (duh, Fred)
Cost: 1 :rainbow (in other words, one from each element)
Type: Permanent
Effect: Force: 0 Push all of your opponent's creatures into the top row and destroy one of your opponent's permanents.
:rainbow means 1 from any element not 1 from each element.
Other than helping flooding and providing universal uber cheap random PC what does this do?
Additionally, is the permanent destroyed a target permanent or a random one?
Permanent is targeted. Also, How about 4 :rainbow (a.k.a. four from a random element) and 1 for ability cost? I also think:

Any creature that does not fit into the top row is killed.

Then again.....

here is another idea i had but got so friggin frustrated with all the negative rudeness of the responses that i pretty much dropped the whole thing but its worth a look to u more supportive folks. http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,23145.24.
I couldn't help but notice that they weren't just bashing on your idea in the other thread, but actually trying to help you improve upon your ideas and your general post quality.

Also, when johannhowitzer told you to post your shard idea in this area of the forum instead, he told you that you have to post in a specific format, which you oh-so-carelessly brushed aside.
