(I do not believe targeting players is an issue either - there are more practical OTK methods since a Dust Moth OTK deck would have to manage their
alongside Sky Blitz or Fractal, which leads to quantum issues for one and a trio for the other.)

Is there a reason to make the quanta/damage investment better than Owl's Eye? (keep in mind that Moth will tend to appear more quickly on the field, and that Duo creatures tend to be easier quantum management in a rainbow, e.g. Mind Flayer vs. Lobotomizer)
