After making Heisenberg's Principle (
http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,26829.0.html), I had this idea. Since Elementals have dominion over both the classical elements (Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Aether, and perhaps Darkness), and known physical properties of the universe (Entropy, Time, Gravity, Life, Death, and Light), they would not be affected by our laws of physics. So what would happen if physics was brought into play? I've decided to make 6 permanents for the latter six elements, each of them relating to a real-world physical phenomena, and 6 spells that do the same, but are rarely ever found outside of artificial conditions and thought experiments. Here's what I have so far:
Natural Selection
Random creatures of both players receive Chaos Seed/Chaos Power, or Mutation
Consumes X
each turn.
Mortality
+0/-2 to all creatures each turn. Creatures of 6+ HP receive Poison.
Consumes X
each turn.
Newtonian Motion
Creatures alternatingly gain +0/-2 Momentum and Acceleration each turn.
Consumes X
each turn
Einsteinian Relativity
Both players alternatingly skip a card and draw 2 cards each turn.
Consumes X
each turn
Refraction
Gain
for each 3 damage dealt by a
or light-emitting creature.
(Upgraded) Prismatic Refraction
Gain a random quantum each time a
or light-emitting creature deals damage.
Consumes X
each turn
Any ideas as to card costs or upkeep costs?
