These are a set of cards that should help with trios, quartets, quintets, and such. They are entirely symmetrical and element-agnostic; they start on the player's mark, and can be rebased to supply a different set of quanta. Symmetric means that it follows opposing elements duos, free/grounded/active/passive trios, and the material/cardinal/spiritual quartets.

The order of the elements on the spinner will be as such:
:air :gravity :darkness :fire :aether :death :earth :entropy :light :water :time :life

This is so that duos are opposite of each other, trios are 1/3 of the circle from each other, quartets are 1/4 of the circle from each other, and so on.

(If I made a mistake with the symmetry, excuse me, and point it out please.)

So here are the planned spinners so far:

Duo spinner: 1. Generates 1 quantum of either your mark's element or its opposing element each turn. 1: Rebase
Trio spinner: 1. Alternates between generating 1 and 2 quanta of some of your mark's trio elements each turn. 1: Rebase
Quartet spinner: 1. Generates 2 quanta of some of your mark's quartet elements each turn. 1: Rebase
Sextet spinner: 1. Alternates between generating 2 and 3 quanta of some of your mark's sextet elements each turn. 1: Rebase

If you have any more ideas for spinners, comment below.

But after that, the matches don't make sense. The trios and quartets I am using have solider ground, and the sextets are extrapolated from them.

Then elaborate and give us your own version. We shouldn't have to do it for you.

I had to construct my own spinner to see what they were. iDaire's duos and quartets look correct, but the trios according to the order you placed your elements in should be
 :air :aether :light
 :gravity :death :water
 :darkness :earth :time
 :fire :entropy :life

If this and iDaire's duos and quartets are not correct, then you have made a mistake in arranging your spinner.
There is a darkness inside every person. The only difference is how long it takes to come out.

Thematic Pairs
 :darkness :light
 :fire :water
 :life :death
 :earth :air
 :gravity :entropy
 :aether :time

Trios
:darkness :death :entropy (They share the aspect of chaos)
:gravity :earth :time (They share the aspect of control)
:fire :water :air (They actually exist)
:life :light :aether (They're thematically similar and could all represent "Lawful Good")

Quartets

:air :earth :fire :water (They actually exist)
:light :darkness :death :life (They're thematic pairs)
:gravity :time :aether :entropy (Thematic Pairs)

Six-tets
:earth :water :light :air :fire :life (Actual Elements excluding :life)
:entropy :death :gravity :aether :darkness :time (Non-Existent Elements excluding :gravity)

These are the trios I'm basing this on:
:air :light :aether : free trio
:earth :darkness :time : grounded trio
:fire :life :entropy : active trio
:water :death :gravity : passive trio
(I explain the trios at http://elementscommunity.org/forum/design-theory/ermm-random-thought/ . If you want to argue over the trios, do it there.)

Thanks for breaking this down according to eaglgenes circle;
Thematically, iDaire's arrangement makes more sense, but I am more interested in the synergies anyway:
1. free twin pegasus (with blessings)
2. Most likely sth board controllish (flooding otyugh bonewall maybe?)
3. Graboid nightmare; Devourerquake +hourglass and/or reverse time
4. SoG-stall with pandemonium and RoF and several shields (all have their advantages); maybe mitophoenix with random maxwell or diss-shield?

iDaire's:
Chaos: bonekittens+ eclipse, lycanthrope + monodeathrush
Control: welp- simply control (several options)
Actual elements: Steampower + unstable gas, some controldecks
Lawful good: Fractal RoL+ rustler+ any lifecreature, defensive domination decks with lightnings, SoW reflect (though as duo it's more consistent)

I dont want to offend anyone, but I tink iDaires thematical fit happens to seem overall better to me when it comes to possibilities and themes that I could think of.

Edit: I see you posted your theme before this post; however iDaires is still the classical grouping (since the original elements are paired together). However when it comes to your themes, my deck ideas actually reflect those themes except for the active trio. So I guess thats mostly fine, too.
