Either a permanent or spell that allows you to discard cards in your hand for gaining hp. This allows freeing up slots for fractal, hourglass, and other combos. What should it be? perm? spell? How long should it last? How many cards can you discard? How much hp should be gained?

If this idea is feasible (Which I believe otherwise, because possibly OP combos could be set up) I believe you should make it last one turn. Any more, and FRACTAL ABUSE NO JUTSU.
