I presume this is what you meant by text. This is the maximum length that fits on a card


OP.
Either a creature with 12 ATK (of which 5 is spell damage), or with 7 ATK and Lightning on a stick for free (even if target is random).
Plus if you have mark (which you'll most likely use with this cost) you get extra card (beyond those in your deck)

If you remove the added 5 damage to opponent/creature, it could work, but the extra cards would probably still make it too strong
