not only soft creature control, it can take a Mitosis creature, and protect it from shields. possibly some other benefit may be in order... extra HP, untargetable or some other protective passive buff.

This is actually quite powerful, since setting attack to 0 makes most enemy creatures useless. And, of course, there's also the benefits of using it on your own creatures. (Adrenaline, Protection from shields, etc.)

they are somewhat similar. I do think this has merit on its own. I think I'll run with it as a full card. good to see others have similar ideas and that there is some desire for an effect of this nature.
