Now that the idea is precise and in card form, with a properly formatted table, it should be moved to the main Card Ideas and Art board/Smithy.

I like the idea; it fits thematically, although at the moment I believe it to be somewhat overpowered.

If copyrighting is an issue, the name can be changed and still inspired by the real thing. also, i dont think the card should say "this turn. lasts 4 turns" Just make it say lasts 4 turns. Also since i think delayed is a technical elements word (time bubbled an BB'd are actually "delayed"), we need a different word that summarizes frozen, delayed, or affectd by sundial. Perhaps stopped? And thanks for crediting me ^_^
