Hey everyone i have here a monster idea and i just wanna know if it could have a chance in smithy. Check it out.

Fixed for you and no. Seems very UP, and the formatting is wrong. It's not "/" It's "|"

well i only did that much quantum because the schock wave causes a lot of damage but maybe its better when i decrease the damge the ability does maybe that might work better

I'd make it deal the same amount of damage as normal Shockwave (note the spelling), and keep the same cost.

I think there were also some other suggestions for "shockwave-on-a-stick" that I haven't found; it's not that ingenious of an idea.
There needs to be an extra drawback because of the freeze-shockwave insta-kill mechanic.

I find this over powered. Air already has plenty of creature damage and Water has plenty of control.
