Deck Out series

I've wanted deck out to be a competitive option in elements so I decided to make series on it. Any ideas welcome.

1st card

pretty OP. most cards besides dragons (and some dragons) have less then 6 hp.

Keep in mind it does not damage. Unlike rage potion or thunderbolt, these cannot stack.

Deck out cards usually are considered OP due to the fact we have no graveyard system .

Would you recommend deck out by mostly forced drawing? I think some minor deck destruction could be balanced out somehow.

The effects don't seen OP to me since they can be countered by playing a card at a time and by Sanctuary. Not sure how to balance costs.

Besides the drawing part it is just a weaker lightning. What may be troublesome is that you could run it in a mono death with bonewalls. Or make a bonebolt with effectively more than 6 lightnings.

lightning kills 5 hp and less, this kills 6 hp and less... so how is it weaker?

Your opponent draws two cards and it cannot stack. The card either kills it or does nothing.

You also can't use it on the opponent's HP.

Read less than 6. Should be a bit more expensive then.
