That's a good point too CuCN. Also the card is prevented by sanctuary.
This card sacrifices a lot of versatility for an extra point. Thunderbolt is 1. Bumping this up to two is pointless because 1 nova and you could use this and thunderbolt. Bumping to 3 is silly because of rage potion.
