Well, this seems to be something similar to how Mirror Shield and Jade Shield work with reflecting spell damage.
Perhaps maybe something like this?
(balanced horribly, but shh)
It's difficult to get the glue theme though. It's difficult to make something "stick" that won't stick on you. Perhaps maybe a situational card like
Poison reflector yay
2: death
Spell
If you were to be inflicted poison damage, instead transfer it to the opponent. Lasts three turns.
I dunno.
