Basically it implies joining your time dimension with a random alternate reality out of the infinite alternate realities out there.

PVE shouldn't be all about copying a deck code and converting time into electrum, score, and potentially rares.
If the only way to derive fun from a game is its PVP content, then non-hardcore players a.k.a. the mass are alienated from the hardcore community.

that seems a bit OP, it may give the user a big card advantage against the opponent, hell with that ability i could see raimbows working with 6 copies of this card and 6 copies of Sose and the rest is QT and Snovas

I thought I was mimicking the golden hourglass...
This can be an interesting card in SNbows, but not spammble since it costs 4 :time and the threshold of each element in SNbows are about 6-7 quanta.

Well, no one has moaned about timebows being OP back then, so this shouldn't be OP. The random card instead of a card from your deck has both its pros and cons, and at least I think they cancel out each other.
