To make the community as a whole accept the card idea you should follow all the steps of the sticky thread and comllete the whole table.
With a card with such an ability, please add in the notes what abilities it gains from each element : )

not really sure whats your main purpose of Potion Brewer,
or maybe what are you going to combo with Potion Brewer,
or is Potion Brewer just a standalone card.
