Make it deal less damage to the creatures, 40% chance for 6 damage to a random creature per turn is pretty powerful, and it would cost way too much for a 6-attack dagger. Balance it to Owl's Eye.Otherwise, give it a quanta upkeep like flooding has.

I'dd say that a weapon that attacks creatures at random is ok. But if you could remove the randomness and changed it into a weapon that dammages both a creature and a player, it would be better i think. of course we'll still need a downside to the card then. Instead of de randomness, you could interduce a life draining-system: you lose life equal to the dammaged creature health or something like that.
