The only reason to use this weapon instead of an actual mark-related weapon is if this weapon has different and ingenious abilities.
It might be difficult to create new abilities that are still similar to the current nature of the elements.
That's exactly why I am asking the community to come up with ideas instead of doing this all myself: because it's simply too difficult.
First of all, a weapon that stacks?
Unheard-of, and a stack of three could be easily overpowered, as a single card has to be useful by itself, and the cost of a single weapon card cannot be too small. How would this work with animate weapon?
The idea is that the effect becomes better but also different via stacking. For instance a weapon itself could have no attack power but a useful ability, a 2x stack than would have the same ability + attack power, and the 3x stack would probably have a upgraded version of the ability, while also having more attack power than the 2x stack.
My suggested format based on this example would be that the initial weapon has a useful ability that is different from the weapon the element allready has, the 2x stack upgrades that a bit and the 3x stack has overall better stats and abilities than the 1x and 2x stack. This is justified by the fact that getting 3 of a card, of which you can only have 6 in your deck, might not be that easy
Animate weapon would animate the whole stack as ONE weapon, so there would be also 3 different animated versions for each element with different stats each (which will be in the table as well). So you can basically choose between one quite powerful or three comparatively weeker versions of the same weapon, while you would need more animate weapons for the latter. With the format I displayed above, animating a 2x stack over two single weapons would be almost completely useless, because the truly powerfull buff will only happen via the 3x stack.
