8 for 12 is fine. With all bonuses in consideration, it should be at 9 cost, but there are many exceptions to the rule. Paying more quanta is generally much better for you than spending another card, so naturally this is superior to Frog+Epi in most cases as it'll allow much higher total offence in the deck.

Unupped, 6 for 8 is a very good card alright. Again this should be at 7 cost with all bonuses considered, but again there are exceptions. All in all, they're no longer OP, but very strong.

you know, if you don't have an upgraded deck (  <--- dis nub right here) someone could just use a titanium shield, or any shield thats 2 DR (even if you do that, it means every creature only gets 4 attacks per turn...) also, srsly, this needs a name if it ever gets in to the game, comments?

So you run a gravity mark for momentum. Simple enough, right?

....? is that supposed to be saying the card is balanced, or OP? if you use an unupgraded version with momentum, if the enemy has a shockwave or a lightning bolt or any sort of CC, it'll probably kill the creature in question...

Adrenaline for one turn? probably turn adrenaline into a down and out card. 2. I want there to be a life card that is a consume all quanta sort of idea, since it would encourage light and life synergy (would encourage light and life synergy, 'cuz we need a lot more.

Kind of a minor thing, but use | instead of a slash for stats. Also, wouldn't unupped be better combo with momentum? Maybe 2|4 to 2|6?

didn't know where that mark was on the computer was up until like 5 minutes ago. why should it be upped to be able to withstand a lightning bolt, the most powerful single creature CC in the game? (yes, I'm using the same argument as someone on the first page.) 6 quanta might be a little much, though...

Well, it's upped. Also, rage elixir does 6. Look at other upped cards, graviton guard, graviton fire master, steel golem, jade (and even emerald) dragon can all take a bolt to the face. Also, double RoF will wipe your board.

Plate Armor (on any creatures except phase salvager and ball of lightning) would stop double RoF. Massive Dragon. Vodoo Doll. Stone Dragon. Emerald Dragon. Light Dragon. Armagio. Elite Oty+2 devour kills, Lava Golem+some growths, Forest spirit+some growths, chaos power on most creatures, quintessence on any creature except phase salvager and ball of lightning, immortal, phase dragon, most shard golems, a burrowed devourer, a burrowed antilion, a burrowed shriker, a burrowed mutation, a mutation with high enough HP, an immaterialism mutation, vulture if enough creatures have died while vulture is in play, Pheonix, Grey Nymph, Auburn Nymph, White Nymph, Golden Nymph, (wont say turqouise+ability cause its ability shares the name quintessence and ive already said that) baslisk blood+any creature, Sky Dragon..

I think on a pretty standard basis a double RoF wont wipe field, but I'd definitely agree to triple RoF.

Just a tip for making card ideas, people usually like cards with new effects. I know because I tried to make a card idea that included having a creature that started with acceleration... *shudder*... it didn't go so well .
