I truly like this ideas, especially the possible interactions with the Fallen Druid. A "Mad Scientist" Entropy/Life deck based on creating mutated creatures might be a great archetype!

The Library is a very good idea, especially if the spell is random. (only spells or also creatures? Perhaps the upped version might let you get also creatures or even permanents!). The upped version might also request just generic Quanta.
edit: the library might cost 2 | 2 generic upped.
