hey guys... this is kinda the revival of an old card idea, except knowing a bit more where to post topics now (yay, not such a nub anymore :3 ), I'm asking the same question again, what should a card like this do for darkness? I was kinda thinking of it becoming a sort of cloak for the other players field, although that might be a bit... OP. Another concept (because a reverse cloak effect is pretty... unoriginal) would possibly be making it a permanent that makes your opponents cards lose their cost marks (as in you don't know how much it costs, unless you've played this game enough to know how much they cost just on an off-hand knowledge.) it also would cost +1 to 2 quanta to play and would remove the quanta signs (for the board showing total quanta) and number for all but the quanta of your mark, but cards would show you the "available to play" glow effect (I mean the little glow accompanying the quanta cost mark that lets you know if you can play it or not, like pillars/pendulums in the beginning of the game). The "+1 to 3 quanta to play" is kinda intended so you can still somewhat guess what cards you can play, but not completely (if you had 3 thunderstorms and a skyblitz all un-upped, then you could tell that you probably could play 2 or 3 thunderstorms, but you wouldn't know until you played them. It would make the quanta board alot less taken for granted, and mono decks might be a bit more used. Tell me what you think, because its kinda intended to be something of forgetfulness. The second idea thats more original (or the first one be un-upgraded and this one be for nostalgia) is remove the quanta marks, but just make so cards have a 40% chance to cost twice as much, but also kinda possibly be a small bit of a double-edged sword (maybe get two quanta for a fire tower or somethin'? :3 )
