Phototoxin  :light

this would make things weaker against light based creatures and attacks. Im thinking that it is extra damage from each attack, up to double the normal value based on counters. a photon would deal 2 damage if you have 1 counter, an archangel 14 if you have seven.


Apitoxin  :life
there should be Bees in elements


Cyanotoxin  :water
AlgalBloom? add ten poison counters for a high Life cost? Water creature that adds a number of counters based on the number in play? This should be a Water of Life card with a Life or Light cost that adds lots of poison to both players and creatures.

2) What would happen if two special forms of Venom were inflicted?

1) I think one or two more unique poison types would be good, depending on what they do. Some of them might work as venom.

2) I would think they could co exist. Phototoxicity makes you sensitive to light, it doesnt need to overlap neuro/standard. Apitoxin is bee stings, it might be creatures, just building on the Afla and Neuru theme already there.I think Cyanotoxin might be a cross between poison and plague, maybe a creature that can generate poison counters in mass, to suit the idea, Cyanotoxin usually means several kinds of toxin produced from algae, no a different kind itself.

Perhaps a mechanic based new venom idea instead of a theme based one? (ie start with an effect and find a name later.

well I was reading thw wikipedia last night and got inspired. I really like Photo-toxicity, Im photosensitive myself.
I think a Light based poison that makes you weaker against light is good. I dont know if it should override neuro/regular or be separate. Somehow increasing damage from light effects and light creatures is the one.

Cyanotoxin shouldnt be new, just big, and Apitoxin is bee sting poison. there should be bees in elements. So really just one new kind of poison for sure, and a big poison effect. Apitoxin is possible to either work on creature or be a new kind of poison. Im also looking into Blue-Ringed Octopus and Box Jellyfish as creatures :)
