Ok, so I seem to remember another card idea recently that was something like this, but for creatures. (I'll put in the card picture soon. btw, I need art.)
So I've been using time recently and I'v realized that it could use some kind of PC. (this is a spell, just in case you were confused)

After two turns(opponent's), target permanent is destroyed
Upped: Target permanent is delayed for one turn, then destroyed

I just thought it would be an interesting mechanic. The unupped cost as much as reverse time and doesn't work as well as deflagration. The upped acts sort of like a viridium warden for permanents.
So I've gotten some feedback before I moved the thread here, and the feedback included:
Unupped: It's literally Deflag where you wait two turns beforehand, including waiting for it first. Definitely buff this.
Upped: If it's delayed a turn before being destroyed where it can't do a thing, what's the difference?
And:I haz an idea...
Targets a stack of pillars. Once per turn, has a 5*X% chance to destroy a pillar, where X is the number of pillars in that stack. (costs 9 )

I like the feedback. I would like this to be more than just an anti-pillar card, though.
