Changelog: Made some functional changes, as multiple simultaneous deaths would be full of interruptions due to this effect  (thunderstorm that kills several creatures, etc), i decided that at the end of each turn (including your oponents) you will be requiered to choose a target creature to recieve the debuff (in pvp, you will be given 10sec to choose, if you don't choose, you loose the chance to do so)

some clarifications:
- this works as any other buff (blessing, etc)
- (as i thought it) the power of a creature cannot be decreased below 0 this way
- i thought that you could select your target, but this could become troublesome for multiple deaths

Does this permanent  let you target a creature each turn, or how is the debuffed creature selected? How would a creature with this status be marked? Can this decrease the attack below 0 and act like antimatter? Nice concept (which i have seen elsewhere), however without a more concrete definition of this card, it is hard to supply constructive criticism / feedback. I await more details.

I think you should make this a spell instead of a permanent.  That way, you could keep the thematics exactly as you have them, but it wouldn't be blatantly overpowered.  As is, imagine multiple copies of this; you'd practically wipe your opponent's entire field every time anything died with a few of these out.  Make it into a spell that affects a single creature and gives it a (lobotomizable?) visible status effect (like vampiric, light, etc) and reduce the cost, and I think you've got a decent card here.

In order for this card to be considered for advancing into development, the ability of the card needs to be on the card. I suggest you put in the card description something like '  :death: Mourne Target creature gets ability Morne and gains -2/0 per turn'. This sort of update would make the card idea much clearer, and easier to approve (because I really like this card idea).

thanks, i forgot to clarify the effect is not stackable!

nice, i think we could be up to something here, now mi ideas with this are:

- free ability usable multiple times a turn to set the "mourn" buff on multiple creatures
- pay :death: to "mourn" a target, usable multiple times

- free ability, usable once a turn, only 1 creature can be "mourned" in a side of the field
- pay :death: usable once a turn, multiple creatures can be "mourned" in the same side of the field

then, if multiple targets are "mourned" then they would all get the debuff from a single death
