I acknowledge this fact, but if you think about it, the player can use his pillars, stack up quanta, Play Root, mitosis, then turns later play EB. The player using this card knows it's in his arsenal, but his opponent doesn't. This could create a very broken strategy. And how would it effect Ancient Artifacts?

I would Say Weapon+Shield into deck. Maybe even all permanents (excluding pillars).

Yes it definitely needs PC, but going from no PC to Extreme PC seems kind of outlandish.
