Please disregard now some of the informations that the pre-made card holds in itself. I'm unsure about some of the data it needs.
The only things that I really want to keep are:
-Make it remove poison from the player somehow. Not a problem if it doesn't remove all, just remove most of it.
-Make it worth to put in other decks than earth. (that's why I thought about the upgraded card costing

Please help me out in the following:
-What element should this card be?
-Should this be a permanent or a spell?
-How should the ability work for a permanent or how should it work as a spell?
-Should the effect be player-triggered or automatical?
-How much should the card cost?
-Should the ability have a cost?
-Should the name be changed?
My original idea was to:
-Remove x poison from the player per use and generate an oil tank per every use, so less than x amount of poison cannot be removed. Can be used multiple times per turn.
Other ideas (can be combined):
-Make it automatically generate an Oil Tank if the player's counter reaches x amount of poison.
-Change the amount of poison removed either per use or together.
-Don't make it able to be used more than once per turn.
-Drop the Oil Tanks and make everything happen instantly.
-It should target everything, not just the player.
-Make it remove all poison and generate a tank per every x removed poison.
-Just make it remove all poison and generate an Oil Tank anyway per turn.
Way too many options... This proves that this card never got through the idea phase. (ˇ-ˇ')
