Please disregard now some of the informations that the pre-made card holds in itself. I'm unsure about some of the data it needs.
The only things that I really want to keep are:
-Make it remove poison from the player somehow. Not a problem if it doesn't remove all, just remove most of it.
-Make it worth to put in other decks than earth. (that's why I thought about the upgraded card costing :rainbow)

Please help me out in the following:

-What element should this card be?
-Should this be a permanent or a spell?
-How should the ability work for a permanent or how should it work as a spell?
-Should the effect be player-triggered or automatical?
-How much should the card cost?
-Should the ability have a cost?
-Should the name be changed?

An Oil Tank was planned to be a permanent, that deals 10 damage if destroyed.


My original idea was to:
-Remove x poison from the player per use and generate an oil tank per every use, so less than x amount of poison cannot be removed. Can be used multiple times per turn.
Other ideas (can be combined):
-Make it automatically generate an Oil Tank if the player's counter reaches x amount of poison.
-Change the amount of poison removed either per use or together.
-Don't make it able to be used more than once per turn.
-Drop the Oil Tanks and make everything happen instantly.
-It should target everything, not just the player.
-Make it remove all poison and generate a tank per every x removed poison.
-Just make it remove all poison and generate an Oil Tank anyway per turn.

Way too many options... This proves that this card never got through the idea phase. (ˇ-ˇ')

Interesting idea. It sort of fits earth but, I think it can fit into water with some tweaking. I think a card like this would be a better fit in water. But, before I can help you any further I need to know what an Oil Tank is and what it does, if anything. Maybe provide a card for it? If you do, make it "Other" for the time being.

An Oil Tank was supposed to be something like this:



The death quanta really doesn't matter for this card, because I planned it to be unobtainable like Malignant cell.
The problem is that it's very hard to use if it needs the player to have CC, and without this card, the poison removing feature gets very situational.

There is an other thing I want to avoid with Sewage Disposal: to became a water card, because water already has Purify in it. :(

Alright. So I can tell right now that the ability can't be used multiple times per turn without being ridiculous. Here's how: Take 6 Butterfly effects, 6 Gnome Riders and there's an OP synergy that makes poison decks useless. (For the most part at least.) As for the card itself, think of the Elements atmosphere. For the most part, all the Elementals live in a non industrialized community. Such things like "sewage" would be a completely foreign concept. (Especially to the Life elementals :P) So, I think a name change is in order. After you found a suitable name, I think the ability will come easy. Remember to keep it simple; just like the way Elements is now. Once you get a more specific name, some of the abilities you planned will fit the card better. If it doesn't we'll work it out. And I think finding a name that suits Life shouldn't be hard.

Well, the naming and the whole concept came at the same time, so I didn't have to think about it much. The possibility of changing the name was kind of a last-minute idea before posting :P
I never thought of doing it a Life card (although that would make sense ^^"). For some reason, I'd like to stay with Earth because of the wastewater cleaning powerplants' functioning method(sorry for bad english using here). They clean dirty(poisoned) water by flowing it through small earth and sand particles(again bad english for describing myself because i can't use my mother language) and alum. The result is clean water, and by water I mean blood, because the poison is in the players, to be more accurate, in their veins. I'd like to go with this cleaning process and Earth quanta if possible. As for the name, it should be Purge/Cleanover since Purify is occupied(and I still don't want to use water-reminding names).
I also take your option into account, and think about making it a Life or Light card. For a Life card, I'd call it Endurance. Cleanse if it would be Light.

if i'm using a wasteplant that filters water, i'd find logic it to have a water activated ability, but then i'd rather run purify, unless the ability is purify.
I'd make sense if sanctuary provides also protection from poison.

Or reflective shields reflect poison spells too...

Or death leeches that sucks poison away on attack!

If you made it time, for every X poison damage, draw a card. That'd be a spell. For earth, maybe have gain X hp. X is the number of poison damage you have. It would act like stone skin. But to avoid healing, the effect could be, generate <Earth creature> for every poison damage you have.

I was thinking of something to catapult your weapon instantly (spell), using the weapons (flying) hp as hp-source, and the status effects like normal: frozen wep for 1.5 times damage, poison counters (on you) are also given to the opponent.
It works without the opponent poisoning, and it can't heal you. However, it would be either unusable or OP instead of flying wep + cata in catatitans.

How about catapulting your shield? too bad your a shield can't be frozen (yet).

Making spell-reflect shields also reflect poison would be good, but that would require buffing an existing card. Maybe I'll post the idea there.
