Revertoxin , Ascension & Spirit Strike

Recently got some idea :

1.  Revertoxin
"Target creature gains -2|-2 every turn and becomes Fate Egg after death"

2.  Ascension
"If your opponent kills a creature, you gain a Spirit Strike"

3. Spirit Strike
"Attack of target creature becomes 0"


Do they have potential ?

Cost ?

Art ?

1) Maybe 2? Casting on a photon would give you a fate egg in a turn, for only 2 , but with a 2 card combo.  CC wise it seems ok. 
2) Really not sure
3) Its basically half as good as Antimatter, so 4 unupped, 3 upped?  Also, will ascension cause this to be placed in your hand (kinda like SoF's bhole)?

1. But also imagine using this on opponent's dragon. The egg produced may turn to a photon....

3. Agree with the cost. But I don't plan on making Spirit Strike a standalone card. I want to make Ascension the only way to obtain Spirit Strike. In this case I would like to have zero cost for Spirit Strike, but I'm not sure about the cost of Ascension.

This is twice the cost of rewind, same cost as RT.  Plus, you run the chance that it turns into something awesome.  2 is fine.

Entropy nymph uses antimatter for 4 (I think).  Because this is only usable when a creature dies, but is free once a creature does die, this should be 4 as well.  Balances it with AM.
