Build a deck from a seven-card hand.  End up with all the chips to win!

 Here are the rules to the poker game, Texas Hold ‘Em, on which this game is very loosely based.
 PRE-FLOP

• Anyone with a forum and a chat account is eligible.  Sign up by posting on the separate sign up topic. If you cannot find a sign up topic or if it is locked, this event is not currently active and you will have to wait for it to restart.
• When you sign up, you receive five chips.
• As you sign up, choose two “hole" cards from the following 52-card list and PM them to the PVP Organizer.  The two cards may not be from the same element.

FLOP, TURN, AND RIVER DECKBUILDING

• Five cards will be randomly selected from the 52-card list.  The first three cards are the “flop,” the fourth card is the “turn” and the last card is the “river.”  These five cards will be distinct from one another.
• You must build three decks:
  
  • The first deck may use any number (up to 6 each) of your two “hole" cards and the three “flop” cards, any number of pillars and pendulums, and any mark.
  • The second deck may use any number (up to 6 each) of your two “hole" cards, the three “flop” cards, and the “turn” card, any number of pillars and pendulums, and any mark.
  • The third deck may use any number (up to 6 each) of your two “hole" cards, the three “flop” cards, the “turn” card, the “river” card, any number of pillars and pendulums, and any mark.
  • All three decks can be the same if you’d like.
  • If one or both of your “hole” cards appear in the five randomized community cards, you simply have less options as you deckbuild.  Sadface.
  • You may never use upped cards.
  • Your “hole” cards will not change from round to round, but the five community cards will.

FLOP, TURN, AND RIVER DUELS

• Opponent matchups will be randomized.  Once matchups are determined and before the duel takes place, one of you needs to create a thread in battle results.
• Players have 4 days to make the fight happen. They must contact their opponent using a PM and find a time that suits both.  If the fight doesn't happen both players lose by default unless one player is clearly more active in trying to find a suitable time.  Event organizer will determine who the most active player was and his or her word is final.
• It's a good idea to either record the matches or take screenshots in case something weird like a desync error happens.  Players are subject to the PvP Parasite Warning System and a player who gets caught cheating will be permanently banned from all Elements community PvP events.
• You and your opponent will play up to three matches.  The first occurs after the flop (i.e. you have five cards total accessible as you deckbuild), the second after the turn (i.e. you have six), and the third after the river (i.e. you have seven).
• Round 1 betting system:
  
  • Everyone antes one chip.  The ante is awarded to whichever player wins 2 of the 3 matches.
  • Before the first match the player with the lower score must post one of the following words in the Results thread: Bet (this match is worth 1 chip), Raise (this match is worth 2 chips), or Fold (I forego my ante and we will not play this round).
  • The player with the higher score will reply: Call (I agree to play for either 1 chip or 2 chips as you indicated), or Fold (I forego my ante and we will not play this round).
    
  • Before the turn and the river the player who lost the preceding round will post: Bet (this match is worth 1 chip), Raise (this match is worth 2 chips), or Fold (I forego the ante and the round ends).
  • The player who won the preceding round will reply: Call (I agree to play for either 1 chip or 2 chips as you indicated), or Fold (I forego the ante and the round ends).
  • Unlike Texas Hold ‘Em, chips are awarded at the end of each betting round.

Spoiler for One example:

P1 has a lower score than P2.  They both ante 1 chip.  Before the flop (their first match) P1 bets and P2 calls.  P1 wins one chip from P2.  Before the turn (their second match) P2 raises and P1 calls.  P1 wins two chips from P2.  Because he’s won the best of three, P1 collects the one chip ante.  Before the river (their third match) P3 folds.  In total P1 won 4 chips; P2 lost 4 chips.

OTHER RULES

• Antes, Bets, and Raises double every round.  In round three the ante and bet are 4 and the raise is 8.
• DO NOT EDIT your bet/raise/fold posts.  Doing so may result in automatic loss of that match.
• Players may only fold twice during the event.
• If a bye is needed it will go to the player with the most chips (highest score as a tiebreaker).
• If one player forfeits he loses his ante to his opponent.  The Event Organizer will determine whether or not the forfeiting player is removed from the event.
• There’s no need to post "hole" cards or decks used.
• A player may never bet more chips than he has available.  If he has 1 chip and the minimum bet is 2 he bets “all-in” and no more betting occurs during the round.  Players who lose when “all-in” are eliminated from the event.

I think it is a good idea and not all that complicated.  This could definitely be fun.  Under flop, turn and river deck building you wrote the first deck three times.  I think it should probably be the first deck... the second deck... the third deck...
