You start the competition with a 40 card MONO deck of your choosing - No Shields. No weapons. No Permanents. No Spells. Creature cards and Pillars/Pendulums only. Your mark must be the same as your pillars. Ultra-mono

You will fight a randomly chosen opponent each round. Rounds are over when one you or your opponent wins 3 duels. After each round, "store credits" will be awarded as: 5 credits per duel lost, 10 credits per duel won. Yes, that means you can reap the most coin by losing 2 and winning 3 duels per round! You may spend or save the credits you have earned.

Shopping Prices:
1 - Buy a creature card for your deck
3 - Buy a spell card for your deck
5 - Upgrade a card you have
5 - Buy a weapon card
5 - Buy a shield card
10 - Change your mark


You may switch decks between duels, IF you have enough cards to do so. You may not go shopping between duels (per round).

If you lose 3 rounds, you are eliminated from the competition.

Thanks. I was actually reading about WoE for the first time, and saw SG's Diablo-esque skill brackets and got all nostalgic for that kind of hack and slash type feel. And excited for WoE. And bummed that it will probably be a LONG time until thats ready. So I thought this would have the same feel but be a mini version until the real deals ready!

When I have some time ill get a chart with the skills and costs together. I think this will be a blast!

I really like this idea.  It's very well thought and adds a lot of entertainment to the competition.  It starts off rather boring (mono creatures FTL) but then gets pretty intense really fast.  I would definitely join this.
