Players strive to defeat each other and claim the powerful title of the juggernaut

1. HOW TO SIGN UP?
Anyone with a forum and a chat account can sign up for this event. Start by reading the rules very carefully. Then sign up by posting on a separate sign up topic. If you cannot find a sign up topic, or if it is locked, this event is not currently active, and you will have to wait for it to restart.


2. Rules
One player will be randomly chosen as the juggernaut. The juggernaut starts out with 30 upgrades, while all other users start with 0. Players can challenge each other in chat, and a player can only decline one match a day. The juggernaut MUST accept any challenge towards him or her. A player may not exceed the number of upgrades that they have when building a deck. The winner is the last person standing.

3. DUELS
Duels will be best of 3 matches. The following cards and their upped counterparts are banned:

5. AFTER DUELS
Winner should post a new topic in the "Battle Results" section, along with short description of how the match went. Both the winner and the loser are required to post pictures of both their decks.
If an ordinary player wins the match, they gain one upgrade. If the juggernaut gets a victory however, his upgrade count drops by one. If a player loses, they are eliminated.

If a player defeats the juggernaut, they will become the new juggernaut, with the amount of upgrades that they previous juggernaut had (unless they had more than him originally, in which case, he keeps the same number of upgrades)

6. Inactivity
Players will be expected to complete at least one match every three days. Users who fail to complete a match before three days will get modkilled. If the juggernaut gets modkilled, the role of juggernaut will be given to a random user, and they will take on the juggernaut role along with all the upped cards.

7. WINNER
The last user standing is the winner for the event.

I really like this event. I would assume that anyone can challenge anyone, rather than matches only including the juggernaut.
The only thing I would suggest is possibly posting a list of players and current # of cards upgraded, plus who the juggernaut is.
It would help challengers know who they may be able to face and give stats about how weak the juggernaut is.

Yes. Anyone can challenge anyone else. It helps juggernaut slayers gain power if they defeat their own, but it also makes it so the juggernaut doesn't lose ups, so a strategic element is there. A vigilant organizer should be able to update who the juggernaut is and how much ups everyone has, or there will be a googledocs recording all that.
