Flash Fast (For PvP Tournaments)

Name of the Tournament: Flash Fast

Rules for PvP Tournaments:

1) No upgraded cards
2) No Stall decks (so no Phase Shields or Hope or Sundials or anything that stalls a monster for attacking for so many turns) or No shields at all
3) Between 30 and 40 cards
4) A Maximum of 12 Pillars/Pendulums
5) A Maximum of 5 Spells
6) A Maximum of 5 Permanents

Some rules that could be added to the Tournament:
1) A Maximum of 3 types of cards in the person's deck (such as Death, Light and Life) or (Darkness, Aether and Fire)

2) A Maximum of 5 spells and permanents together
