Anyone with a forum and a chat account can sign up for this event. Start by reading the rules very carefully. Then sign up by posting on a separate sign up topic. If you cannot find a sign up topic, or if it is locked, this event is not currently active, and you will have to wait for it to restart.
Maximum amount of participants for this event is 40. If the event is full, you can still sign up as a reserve player, and will get a chance to join the event if any of the 40 players doesn't show up during 1 grand prix.

2. System

The duel is done in best of 3 naturally, but every round won, gets 50 points of the loser.
Then if wins of 2-0 gets +100 points, ie 2-1 gets only +50 points. The loser has the same points but subtracted obviously.
For the next grand prix all start with 1000 points again.
Below we have the order of the grand prix;
:life  :earth  :aether  :darkness  :fire  :light  :gravity  :death  :time  :entropy  :air  :water
In grand prix the first 8 players punctuate. These points are cumulative of grand prix after grand prix.
1 = 18
2 = 12
3 = 8
4 = 6
5 = 4
6 = 3
7 = 2
8 = 1

The each grand prix the players need of 10 duels with different players registered in the gran prix, but also can be 15 times if you want. ie minimum 10 duels, maximum 15 duels. note that if the player has 0 points can not duel. in case of a tie the leaders will have to duel each other.
The duration of the Grand Prix is 2 weeks,  time for duels the will.

4. Composition of the deck

Adding 39 icons for one event might diminish the value of those icons.  Perhaps just restrict it to the top 1 or 3?

Cheesy, greetings, at first seems a little extreme, but it's a long competition, the idea and make each element a real competition.
is to be reduced to 15 icons, where only the winner of each stage gains, and in the grand final the top 3.
