A new pvp tournament similar to war

Im thinking of a New pvp tournament. As war is now the only people that get picked are the ones that became good friends with the leaders of the elements or have alot of cards electrum and score...

What i think should be made is a ladder system similar to the Bl/Cl and everytime 12 teams are made of people just like in war they will be put into there own bracket. The tournaments in this will run for ets say a month or so... Then winning team could recieve some forum icon or small prize of lets say 1000 electrum...

Anyone could lead an element but they would have to find 4 more people to join there element. Making it 5 people per team. Pretty much we could have the giant war of the huge gods of elements. And then the Jr.War for people who are new and want to get better and better and want to be prepared so they can try to get into the big war...

It's already difficult enough to find 104 players to compete in War, so it's pretty much going to be nearly impossible to find another 60 people who aren't already involved in War and have them sign up and actually stick around for the 3-4 months that the event will take.

If someone really does want to be accepted into a team for War in the future, they're much better off participating in PvP Events and weekly tournaments, and doing well in them. Even just being able participate in a PvP Event to completion shows to the Masters that a player has the time-management skills to not back out of a high-commitment event like War.

It is simply too big.  Over 100 players for an event is simply unrealistic.  War is the lone exception, and that takes a tremendous amount of time and energy from two Warmasters as well as SG herself to pull off.

There are quite a lot of events that you can join already

World of Elements is considering becoming more newbie friendly by resetting every seasonBeginners' League (fight as many people as you want!)Weekly Tournaments (unlikely you will win against the pros, but still good experience)Smaller / not as official tournaments are also being planned

Even during the last (3rd) war, there was a problem with inactivity as the war got really long and possibly boring. The players in those wars were experienced players who had moderate+ experience and cards in elements. Also, the underworld team that TStar is leading has already shown signs of inactivity. Think about the risk of holding a tournament with just newbies; there is a good chance it will be dead half way through.
