Team USA and Team Rest of the World battle in a Swiss tournament.
1. HOW TO SIGN UP?You must be a Jr Member (30 posts) or above to sign up for this event. Start by reading the rules very carefully. Then sign up by listing your home country on a separate sign up topic. If you cannot find a sign up topic, or if it is locked, this event is not currently active, and you will have to wait for it to restart.
Two teams will be formed with players from the United States of America on Team USA and players from other countries on Team Rest of the World. If there are more signups for one team than another, the teams will be shortened to the same amount of players based on order of sign ups
or some players will sub in and out
or something else. Each team will then elect a leader. The organizer will provide each team with a top secret Titanpad Team Headquarters.

2. DECKSDecks from Team USA may contain only cards from
. Decks from Team Rest of the World may use only
and the only quanta source they may use are Quantum Pillars. Team USA may also use Supernova (because they have nukes) but they may not have an entropy mark. In addition, during each round further deckbuilding restrictions will be in place similar to event cards in War.

3. PLAYPlay will consist of
3? 5? rounds in Swiss tournament format where each player fights a match against a similarly ranked player on the opposing team. Matches will be best-of-5. A match win is worth 2 points and each individual game won is worth 1 point. For the first round, seeding will start based on a mysterious and deliberately unannounced process. Talking smack during matches is encouraged, especially if you can get a screenshot to post afterwards (preferably with a screenshot of the reply as well.) There will be a side competition for most creative smacktalking, with no particular prize and judged entirely by the EO.
It's a good idea to either record the matches, or take screenshots as proof, in case something weird, like a desync error, happens. Remember, a player who gets caught cheating, will be permanently banned from all Elements community PvP events, so please play fair.
5. AFTER DUELSAll players must submit their match results as well as their decklist in the thread for that round of play.
6. WINNERAfter the final round, the total score of each player on the team will be added together, and the victor will be the team with the most points.
7. REWARDSThe winning team will receive everlasting glory, the right to mock players on the other team until the next playing of this event and an award icon. The leader of each/the winning team recieves a unique icon.
