 Because it is RNG-less and these cards are extremely powerful if you know when you're going to draw them. Nova|Supernova makes Singularities, which act according to rng and thus they do not meet the criteria of this hypothetic tournament. Immorushes are too strong if you surely draw a Photon and a Lava Golem or whatever. Luciferin can be easily abused to make powerful Hope shields in addition to strong ex-vanilla armies. Precognition and Sundial are powerful hand-drawing mechanics and easily abused when you know your next hand (Golden Hourglass is allowed due to its cost I think). Silence also can be used in chains, since it is RNG-less and you can place 6 of them on a stack, drawing and locking down your opponent for 6 whole turns. Golden Nymph can use Precognition and Photon because of the above and due to the powerfulness of Hope shield in this tourny (maybe in case upped cards are allowed too). Hope I was helpful.
 But I think it would be better if we made a RNG-less tournament only with Pillars/Pends and Forge/Armory CI&A cards. Even if completely borken comboes were abused, it would still be fun since it would be the first tournament in the history of ETG which used CI&A cards!

Too OP in this situation.

- 0-cost cards (except pillars/pends) are banned. Too easy to play and/or involved in OP setups.
- Cards that allow card manipulation before they are played are banned. (Hand and Deck) OP, and/or too hard to implement.

I would love to see an RNG-less tournament, but with CI&A carsd instead of normal ETG cards.

This event is about the actual game being RNG-less; it just so happens that this is impossible in game. Also, there is a problem with CIA cards, and that is the balancing is not always correct, so the game would be unbalanced. If you want to try and promote one yourself, go ahead.
