So the only way to submit an idea to the Crucible is to add it to a portfolio that you create beforehand, and then someone else will put it in the Crucible, along with having 30+ posts?
Uh, that's a little backwards, but in a way yes. ^^;
Think of it more like this:
-Make sure you're a Jr. Member
-Submit at least 6 ideas to the Crucible and have them enter the polls (curators will approve of them)
-When at least 6 ideas of your are within the poll system, you can make a portfolio and submit the portfolio to this board
The post count doesn't have to be based on how many posts you have in the Card Ideas & Art section or whatnot, but it's important to note that you need to be somewhat active on the forums before you create a portfolio of your card ideas.
