If a president was declared a fraud....

Ok, we all kow there is controversy around rather the current president was born in the US or not, and even though I dont subscribe to that theory, it brings me to  an interesting question.

IF a president was found to not be qualified for office, such as discovering midway through the term that the president was not born in the US, would that effect any of the laws the president signed into power? If the president vetoed anything would that be effected? Executive orders, would those be effected? Although it hasnt hapened, and I doubt it to ever happen, I am just curious.

Once again, I AM NOT A BIRTHER, the birthers just made me think of that question.

My bets are it would go to the courts, and some things would just be auto shotdown. Good thing I read your post and kenw you better, if I had not I might have come in here flaming.
Honestly though they was not suppose to be they did hold the office, and now you msut decide if the president's law making counts as THEM making or vetoing the laws or the office he held. If it is the office everything might stand, if not the courts would have to sort things out, or maybe congress.

If Impeachment (which just means a trial not a verdict) occurred and it was found that the current President was ineligible they would be removed and the Order of succession would occur. If any laws had been vetoed they probably would be brought up again, voted upon and presented to the new president. If the new president disagreed with the executive orders of the ineligible president, they would revoke those orders. Otherwise the orders would stand as if the new president renewed them.
(Of course the ineligible president would probably stand trial on numerous counts if this occured.)
