What is a terrorist?  One mans terrorist may be another mans freedom fighter.

What is it that Osama wants?  He wants freedom for his people... probably.

Why did the US become his target?  Well... in an open letter, he stated that as a 'believer' it his his duty to fight in the cause of allah, and those that disbelieve (and are therefore the followers of satan) fight against him.  Simple.  He's Allah's Freedom fighter, and all us non-believers, are satanists worthy of his vengence.

fight fire with fire. if bad people are trying to rule the world, use bad methods against them, otherwise you will lose. i know about the saying, an eye for an eye and the world will be blind, but this isnt quite the same. if you try to be a good guy against the bad guy, the bad guy will win, unfortunately. the ultimate good guy is someone who will put his/her own reputation on the line to beat the bad guy. i would like to say more, but i dont have the words for the rest

Osama MOST DEFINATELY is.
Peoples goal should be to be open minded i.e. is communism/gordon brown/george bush so bad?
(answers no, no and stupid)
But be weary of absolving actual terrorists.
