i found it rather difficult to read. your opening paragraph needs work. we need to know what happened. not a vague description that only tells us one piece of information.  i skimmed through it and i still cant figure out what the ruling was, what the charges were, what happened to cause this case, etc. most, if not all, of that should be summarized in the opening paragraph. theres a reason they teach us this in school, it works.

Have I mentioned that I don't like an OP that has not much more than a link? At least post an excerpt or a summary.

So what is the objection? That parents have power over children's choice of entertainment? That the video game industry gives ratings to help parents decide? What alternative do you propose?
