I spun Bond a few days ago on my Gold account and made Zap Frogtal with Bonds. After very little testing you notice that even 4 Fractals is too much to give to a Dex AI as they clog the hand something terribly, so I cut 'em down to 3. Even then it might end up with 3-4 in its starting hand, but I didn't wanna go as low as 2. I added 1 Mito to ensure the field would be filled, which worked out beautifully.
Since you spun Heals and AI keeps those in hand, I'd go down to 2 Fractals and focus on Thunderbolt for control and burst, or Silence for disruption. Phasie's good for blocking Arsenic, but not needed here, and Silence isn't bad but almost always unreliable in the hands of the AI. Jade Staffs would be better than Electros here since people don't farm Plat with ability creatures beyond Wyrms that are protected by SoFrees anyway, and I'd rarely ever add more than 1 support weapon as they tend to draw 'em anyway.
Lastly the quanta balance can obviously be improved with the use of more Aether pends over Towers, but even better would be upped Life pends and Towers for a better rush.
