welp viable usually means a 50% win chance against competitive decks (clearly not enough in platinum league). I think fractal actually benefits less from the platinum arena bonusses than it suffers from the AIderp. Its automatically absolutely useless if a RoL is around while the ai is able to play fractal unless your deck benefits from RoL (since the ai gives it absolute unconditional priority). Also the Ai may play all the copies of useful cards before being able to fractal them allowing the opponent to kill them off. Also fractal decks tend to rely on a single strategy, which specialices them to work perfectly against certain deckarchetypes while losing to basically everything else. In PvP it's a success if you win more than you lose, but a successful platinum deck is not allowed to lose to any deck.
So `Fractal anything is viable´ applies to player decks only and doesnt work with
either (you will always be better off with chargers/armagios).
