Well, I can't really tell if it was because you've got unupped Silences or your Air Pends distracting you from the more vital Air income (to the extent that splashing unupped Silences in your deck shouldn't be too much a drain to your Aether income even without Air Pends). I mean, unless you're packing Aether Pillars/Pends, you're going to be able to cast unupped Silence at the third turn at best with double marks anyway, and Air Pends only helps when the AI thinks they're going to chain Silences. Perhaps I'm going with insufficient Air here, not unupped Silences ^^;
