We can't really know how many people didn't give any thumbs, neither down or up. Anti's tool is flawed in that respect that it assumes that everyone who didn't upvote the deck, downvoted it, which might not even be the case.

Unless the rating reward is currently messed up, that's a simple question of math. See how much you get from one normal win and you can easily discern how often it's been doubled.

That's because only thumb-ups double the amount of electrum won; no-thumbing a deck or thumbing-down a deck will have no discernible difference on how much electrum the defending deck won.

Well, as I mentioned, it's a muscle memory thing. Exiting takes longer since it's a smaller button :>
But yes, thumbs down doesn't mean somebody didn't like your deck at all because of this. As for the tool being "flawed", I suspect it's more that there's no difference on any level of the game.
