Rather than persuade you myself that a number of officious ogres have succumbed to excessive drug use, alcoholism, and other addictive behavior indicating maladaptive mechanisms, I decided to gather input from various independent observers: teachers, farmers, shopkeepers, doctors, and so forth.

Why does almost every post here seem to be more about flaming, grandstanding, and bullheaded dim-wittedness and less about open-minded exchanges of thoughts and ideas?  Maybe the next topic should be whether or not you guys even understand what Philosophy is really about.
