Because the human mind is a flawed thing, so therefore always questioning itself and going in a circle rather than progressing and improving.
Isn't questioning how we progress?
We progress through asking some questions yes, but its when that's taken to extreme's that we tend to go in a circle and get nowhere rather than progress. Always questioning yourself more often leads to confusion rather than a answer, questioning things in itself is fine though and helps us progress. It's like a double edged sword.
Why use the edges? Hit them with the hilt and then they won't die.

And if you've ever seen any episode of Dr. Who, you'll know what I'm talking about.
The world is over populated so killing some people wouldn't be such a big loss and would do the rest of us a big favour. Also if you don't want to kill someone with it, hit them with the flat of the sword as hitting someone with the hilt can kill them actually. I watched Dr. Who quite a lot but haven't recently lol. Also my fiancee adds: If you don't want to kill them then don't use a sword at all try using a orange in a football sock as it don't leave a bruise but hurts like hell.

Do you really need to kill them? Just throw some radioactive wastes around and shazam. No more fertility.

The recent Who's have been the ones that I've been talking about. Go catch up.

Killing them makes more room for others to get work, houses etc etc and would also save the rest of us some money as taxes etc are raised due to how many people there are to look after, plus natural resources being used up by way too many people. Spreading radioactive waste around would make the planet worse and it is poisen so it wouldn't make you infertile it would more likely kill you but in a way more painful and drawn out way plus the mutations etc. So radiation is dangerous and the waste should be completely left alone end of.
I'll catch up on doctor who when I have the time at the moment I really don't have the time to though I do miss it.

This is in the Philosophy section. "Why" type questions are common.
