Do you want to talk about it?
"It" being used to symbolize a representation for "Jogging" which in turn usually symbolizes the action of running slowly.

However you used the word "better" which typically hints at a goal. Do you have a goal/objective above/beyond what you have stated?

I think finding the range will help to find/make a definition.

The broadest term of range is Everything. All those examples mentioned are possibilities.

Definition 1: It: Any possibility within the scope of Everything that refers to other possibilities.

It's numbered because any changes will obviously have a different definition.
