Can't the be 2 chechboxes: don't use THIS POWER on THIS CARD for the arena decks? Like using siphon life on a ulichard on a black dragon deck, etc, etc?

I believe if we last that long that we will have made much progress towards "mimicing" human intelligence. Look at IBMs Wilson for instance ... the A.I. that beat the all time Jeapordy champions. As far as machines ever having legitimate human emotions and self awareness. No. I dont think I can get past the common knowledge that a computer can only do what it is programed to do.

One day, the code of computers could be so complex that only computers can program it. Maybe these robots would think HUMANS are the ones who are just machines of simple coding that do whatever their code (genes, environment) tells them to.

I found a fact online that I found quite interesting, though I don't know if it helps this discussion at all. So far, even in terms of raw data processing, the human brain is actually faster (with neuron numbers and speed vs computer transistors). But the brain reserves its speed for certain things (like facial recognition), so our math number crunching speed is left with little brain power.

We have used compilers (programs letting a computer translate a Hybrid language into a Computer language) for a long time.

I mean that the computers would make their own original code, not translate it from a compiler.

While the interface language may get closer to human language*, something remarkable would have to change to replace the human's role of requesting something.

*I might be able to write "An RPG game" and receive Skyrim however that would require code the was able to parse "An RPG game" (the future compiler?) and data to draw upon to  assemble the final output.

There is a lot of stuff going on in informatics, like artificial neural networks or chatbots that are almost beating the turing test. I was thinking quite a lot of times of dynamically evolving code aswell, today even a program can compile a program in an automated way. Its right that human input is always someway the origin of a machines response, but that concept might be so abstract, depending on the limits of the code, that you can't even recognize the relation anymore.
In addition there is also progress in sectors like robotics or even biological computers so... I'm quite sure there is a lot to happen in the next 100 years - lets hope we don't build a terminator :)
