I really have no idea what the standard meta is, or even half the time what cards are in standard, so I can't really comment too much on that. However, in wild, pirate spam is running rampant, and so in my main ladder deck, I added a rather ridiculous number of taunts, heals, and removals to stay alive in the early game until you can get control of the board and/or reno and whatever. Comparing my deck to yours, the neutral standard cards that I'm using and you aren't are brann, mind control tech, senjin shieldmasta, twilight drake, second rate bruiser, sylvanas, and thaurissan. (pretty sure he's still in standard, anyway) Of those, second rate bruiser and senjin might be worth throwing in, maybe mind control tech and brann, too, but making room would be hard. Other than maybe earth shock, there aren't any cards that I'd even consider to question, and even that card likely depends on the standard meta.
This is the deck I've been using. I've tweaked it a bit since I started using it (I created it soon after MSG came out), the most recent change being to drop implosion (2s suck ass) and friendly bartender to add dirty rat (really good against other control decks; pulling reno, nzoth or kazakus is great) and mind control tech. Rank 4 atm.
