According to Steam it is a new card game since Nov 2016.

The mana system of this game works like a mix of Elements and Hearthstone, which I found quite interesting.

It is currently in the "early access" status - it is free to download and play, with purchasable card packs (like Hearthstone).

It is also available on Android as "unreleased".
