1) Download both of the things Zanz linked. Make sure they're both fully downloaded.
2) Find your 'Add to Home Screen' menu. This is usually done by holding down on one of your main screen pages.
3) Select Widgets > UCCW 2x1 or UCCW 4x2 > Elements Time, and then touch on the screen.
4) Hold and drag it where you want it if it is not already in the right postition.
